Tinkerbell's On Her Knees Shhhh....don't tell! 71742 Curiosities served |

I had a great weekend. Friday I went with my favorite person Jen and her extremely awesome mother to Jose Eber's salon on RODEO DRIVE, thank you very much. It was a beautiful day of being girly; well equipped with manicures, pedicures, eyebrow "shaping" for all and a great haircut for Jen's Mommy. Then I proceeded down to Torrance and got to see some friends that I have been neglecting for a couple months (hmmmm; i wonder why...). It was a great night of just hanging out and drinking. I even got to see my best friend Kevin that I haven't seen since graduation; that always makes my the happiest girl ever. Saturday - I had to deal with the fuckwits at Fry's Electronic's. I am going to tell you all now. NEVER EVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM FRY'S. If anyone deserves a Scarlet S (see Shannon, Jen's and Bryce's journal for explanation), it is the people at Fry's. Especially the people in the service department where they "fix" computers and such. In May I had taken my laptop in to be fixed because IN THE MIDDLE OF FINALS the screen was going in and out and then going completely black. Well, since I bought an extended warranty, they are supposed to fix it or send it to HP to fix. So I take it in, they see the problem, give me a loaner and tell me they are going to send it out and I will have it back in 2 months. In the middle of the bar, my father calls and tells me that if I don't bring my loner back and pick up my computer, they are going to charge me the $1500 for the loaner and toss my omputer. Turns out they never fixed the stupid thing. The looked at it again, decided there was nothing wrong with it (which there is) and never sent it out, and were supposedly "trying to contact me" to pick it up since May. Fucknuts. I am never going there again. Anyway, I needed a night of craziness after dealing with those people, so Dungeon and Limo debauchery were definitely in order. Shannon, in all her royal awesomeness, rented us a limo and the gang (well at least some of it.... boo to bryce and julia and pita =P ) had a blast. After some funkiness on my part (for very stupid reasons - i'm dumb), we decided that Dungeon was lacking in the fun and alcohol department and decided to put the limo to good use. We hit Hollywood and drove up the coast blasting hair metal and disco all the way. I think every part of myself was hung out of the sunroof at some point in the evening - feet (don't ask) and yes, I had to flash Pepperdine as we drove by - it just seemed appropriate. Anyway, since then it has been packing and shopping (for my cruise yay - thanks again jen for walking that monstrosity of the mall with me ALL DAY YESTERDAY). OH MY GOD, I bought swimsuits; my substantial backside is going to be in fricking bikinis on this cruise. I haven't worn a bikini since I was 8 years old... good lord... I move out of my lovely house on saturday and venture back to my dad's for an undefined length of time. We will see how long I last. Moving out on my BIRTHDAY of all days - oh well. I will be sad to leave my roommate; we really got a long well, but i guess the main thing now is to save money, get my ass a job, so I can get a place of my own ASAP. My hands hurt from typing so much; I had a lot to catch up on... hmmm maybe i should just update more often.... nah, that'd be too easy =P Read/Post Comments (1) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
