When I started keeping this journal, I did it for myself. I figured if I got into a habit of writing, it would make writing easier. When I get up in the morning, it's sometimes an hour or two before I actually speak. The sound of my own voice has been catching me by suprise recently. I was trying to draw a comparison that's decided to elude me.

Oh well.

The actual point of this entry was to remark that my Mother has become this journal's biggest fan. It's been cool seeing her comments, and it gives me one more incentive to keep up with it.
