During Tae Jun Sa class, this evening, we were practicing our takedowns for sparring. In one match, white ( we label the people sparring 'white' and 'red' ) initiated a takedown and red locked out his arm as he fell. The end result was a dislocation at the elbow. This was not a pretty sight.

Chief Master Lee set the joint and made a sling from an extra white belt. He then had red and white bow out, ran a few more sparring matches, and ended class.

This is the second major injury I've witnessed at the dojang, however it's comforting to realize how amazingly skilled Chief Master Lee is in 'healing techniques.' I really do study a comprehensive art.
