Ok...it's really not my birthday...but a very cute boy that I have the hots for gave me a birthday gift today (he just couldn't wait until December)...and I am just so excited about this little 4GB iPod nano that I can barely look at my Contracts book, let alone study for my midterm...

So yeah, it's so damn cute, but nothing (well, maybe something, but I can't think of anything right now) beats walking downtown on a windy fall day listening to Social D's "Story of My Life"... it just makes me a bit silly.

So now...back to my study cubicle in an area of the Law Library better known as The Circle of Death...
