I awoke to another sunny day.

As I am working again towards meditating daily, I arise and go into my meditation space and commence meditating. No "ah-ha" moments but quiet serenity as I smell the incense and listen to the music.

Because I need to get back to walking, I am going walking today. Since I haven't been that physical lately, I am going to go around the block. To my pleasant surprise Michael wants to go with me. Around the block is the right distance because when we reached the home stretch, Michael said he could feel the activity in his hips. I think I will do the loop for the next couple of walks and then add some more distance. No sense in over doing.

I hadn't planned on going to the library today but I went on-line to the library and found two books on my "want to read" list. I had planned on walking to the library but Michael was quick to offer me a ride. So, back home and I have a new stack of books to read. I wonder when I am going to get to the books I have here to read.

Bailey has been glued to the slider watching cat TV. He is so cute.
