I feel tired today. I did yoga instead of a brisk walk. I love Thursdays because I feel like it is a Saturday in the middle of my week. I usually don't plan anything for the day. I like to spend it at home and nap, read, or putter.

Today, I followed my Weight Watchers' points and did fairly well today. Now if I can keep this up.

The day is sunny, breezy, and beautiful.
