The weather outside is reflecting my mood, it is overcast. Although I know that this shall burn off by noon and be sunny once again.

I am finding that after several days of activity, I hit my bottom and I need a day to just do nothing. However, I am not a person to do just nothing. This morning I am finishing up my book, "Living, Loving & Learning" by Leo Buscaglia, Ph.D. I can't believe I have finally finished it. I looked it up and since I began the book in December of last year, I have read 25 library books. One unfinished book down and two more to go.

My glucose is still dropping and I'm staying within my carb number and I'm not going hungry. When I weighed myself last weekend, I had also dropped a pound as well. This is very cool I think. Today I am not being as diligent in writing down my food. I don't know if this is a sign of rebellion or taking a break. I'm not going to beat myself up over it though. I know myself and tomorrow I'll be back on the wagon of keeping track of food.

I didn't make the second of the Zoroasticism class at my church. I will now have to call a friend who went and find out what information I missed. Not going to this final class tells you how tired I felt.

I'm going to call it a day and begin my new book.
