It's foggy this morning and cool. I nice change from the sunshine, though now that it is five minutes from 2 p.m. the sun has come out.

Walking back from my drop off point from this morning's meeting, I have to hold onto the brim of my hat to keep it from flying away. I'm glad it has a chin strap but still the brim was back and forth with the gusts of wind.

I am glad I listened to my intuition and wore my sky blue hoodie this morning. Granted I have been running hot lately but I definitely needed the extra layer to keep warm.

After running on high from being around program people yesterday, I decided to keep the high going by attending this morning's meeting. I mean, if I am going to be addicted to something, why not it be something good for me. What I shared this morning was from "Hope for Today:"

This is on page 141, May 20.

The rest of my day was spent puttering around the apartment until it was time to head off to my evening meeting.

All in all, it was a good day.
