When I went to the pysch doc last week, I made the statement to him that I take better care of my cat, Bailey, than I do myself.

I didn't think much of it at the time but several days later it was a thought that wouldn't go away.

Why do I take better care of Bailey than me? Granted he deserves to be well cared for but don't I deserve that same treatment?

So this week, I have been taking more time for me. I'm good a couple of days and then the depression sets in. I slowly come out of that and I get another day in. This has been the story of my life.

I am glad that Bailey can mirror for me what I need to do for myself.

Is everyone enjoying the Olympics? Since we are limited to three channels, the Olympics is what we have been paying attention to. We have mostly seen the swimming, gymnastics, track, and rowing. Today I was able to see part of a tennis match. Oh let's not forget we have seen both men's and women's water polo. Wow, I just don't know how they do that.

For me I think I have been bit which means I'll be watching the Games in 2016.
