Today Michael and I decided to take a day off. Yea! A jammie day. We both slept in, if you can call 8 and 8:30 a.m. sleeping in.
A day to spend doing nothing important.
We watched a movie, I do computer work, read my book, and filled my pill box. Then Michael asked about going for a walk. Well, it is a really nice day out. After I finished my writing, we both got dressed and headed out the door.
I note the day and time before we leave. It is beautiful out. Along the way we see a couple of free items put out on the street. We take a look to see if we can use them and decided to decline. We all ready have too much stuff that we don't know what to do with.
We return home in 26 minutes. I think this is pretty good for 1.2 mile. This brings my total miles walked this week to 6.8 miles. 8-)
Then we watch the news, a movie, and now Sunday Night Football. So, I shall see you all tomorrow.
