Another day of light rain today in our area, it is predicted to rain tomorrow as well. Gloomy though it looks, it feels like a new beginning. I'm having fun watching the birds, the rain, and our rain gauge is up to half an inch.

I'm trying not to be in a hovering motion today. Late yesterday afternoon, Michael pulled his back out and I heard him cry out. When I went to check on him, there he was down on the floor on all fours. Luckily this kind of stuff is happening less frequently but when it does happen, oh my.
I hunted for our cold pack as well as the hot pack. OMGoodness, where is the ibuprofen? Now, I have to leave him alone. Not!
He is a little better today and upon my suggestion, he is using his cane which he says is helping.
Okay, now don't hover as this irritates him. After this many years you'd think he would have gotten used to it, but he didn't. So I am working on it. I get the main things out of the way and then I mind my own business unless he asks for assistance.

I received a Victoria Secret Catalog in the mail today. Lots of cute stuff but nothing for an old lady's body or pocketbook, I can't believe how expensive it is for the basic clothing or accessories. Well, I shall look but then it goes into the trash when I'm done. I don't need this kind of stuff cluttering up the apartment.
