Yes, I am taking a day off. I have some reading to do, an apartment to pick up, and maybe some prep cooking for tomorrow.

Bailey does not like the crackers at all. I'm going to try this recipe once more and bake them a little less. He just might like them to be a little chewy. Although, he does not like people food at all except for yogurt. Picky little bugger.

Anyway, everyone have a blue ribbon day!
