I know I have potential and I do use it but today it just isn't happening. I am not grounded at all today. I have no sense of order. I'm jumping from one thing to another and I'm not getting the satisfaction of having completed a project.

Instead of fighting it, I'm going with it. I can at least say I have completed some things and this is a good thing.

Hmm, I'm noticing a lot of "things" in this portion of being swung around at the wind's discretion.

One thing that is bugging me is that I have misplaced my ruler. I've looked high and low and can not find it anywhere. Darn! Oh well, it will show up when I've stopped looking for it.

We had a bad night with our next door neighbors. I don't know what twisted their panties in a knot but before the night was over, they called the cops on us twice. Once supposedly because we were making too much noise, we were listening to music prior to 10 p.m. say around 3 p.m. and then the television was on the rest of the evening. The second time, my husband went over to talk about what was or was not going on. As men will do there were raised voices and then the sheriffs were there again.

Needless to say it has been very quiet and no one is speaking to the other.

We just want to be left alone.

I am finally knitting a scarf. I had to start over about six or seven times until I got the stitches down right and it is beginning to look like something. I am finding my fingers joints ache and this is keeping me from knitting for any length of time. But that is okay since I do have the time.

The weather has been charming with temperatures in the middle 60s and the lows in the middle 30s. The apartment has been chilly at times but then I have found it is warmer outside than it is indoors. When I come in I open the windows and the sliders. I just love the smell of fresh air.

So far it hasn't been cold enough to freeze. I am keeping my fingers crossed on this one. I'm thinking I am going to bring my plants in front into the back so, if it does get to freezing; they are all in one place for me to cover them up.

Since it seems that creativity is taking charge of the moment this year, I am grateful I did not get rid of any of my artist tools. One delicious find was when I was going through my knitting bag; I found my box of embroidery thread. I do have an extensive color wheel. With this find, it shall save me money once I get going on my cross stitch. I love finding things I didn't know I would want.

I guess this is about it as I have some other things I need to get done before my day closes. I trust one and all have had a grand day.
