Words-of-Mine No matter what the day brings, deep down I know it really is a good day because I have the man of my dreams, a kitty who loves me, a roof over my head and I live in paradise.280032 Curiosities served |

Hard to believe it is Easter already. I seems like it came early this year. With no kids in the family, it is a day to ourselves. Michael was inspired by the cooking bug and thus far has baked a turkey and now there are ribs on the grill. Ah, the house smells good. Plus, we have some fresh asparagus for a side. I believe the other side will be mashed potatoes. We did invite a friend but she had family coming over and declined our offer. This is okay with us as we were worried she was to be by herself. This is the friend whose husband recently passed. Although it rained last night, today the sun is out with a light breeze. A good day for a barbecue it is. I plan to go out later and sit in the sun for a little while. Maybe I may snooze for a little while. With Michael out there with me, he won't let me nap for too long. Later in the evening we did receive more rain, but still, not enough to move the rain gauge. It sure sounds nice though and the cool breeze coming through the door was refreshing. A nice way to end a holiday. mz. em CURRENT MOON ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ "I expect to pass through life but once.
