It is a bright sunny day and with a strong breeze.

Today we are doing errands again and the big guy has a doctor's appointment.

One of the errands was to go to Verizon to check out my phone. For two months I have not been able to get the latest update.We went to the big store to check the phone out.

Well something is wrong with my phone. Now I have to download my music, photos and contacts. First action taken is a hard shut down and restart. If that doesn't work, then they will exchange my phone for another one. Oh the joys!
