Another lazy day around the apartment. Movie watching and book reading. The weather has been delightful and it's nice to have the windows open.

Michael and I went walking yesterday and we het up quite a steam. That's one thing walking with Michael he has a longer stride than I do. So I get my heart rate going and my hips feel it. Oh well, it's good for me and for Michael.
