Here I sit once again with a blank mind.

One of the things that I have been pondering is I like to watch football: 49ers, NY Giants, Dallas Cowboys just to name a few.

Now all I get for a channel is NBC so I don't get to see the other games on the other channels.

But what gets me, is I can never recall players names or positions. If I like football so much why this problem?

I know Jim Harbaugh is the coach for the San Francisco 49ers and his brother, John, is coach of the Baltimore Ravens. This is all I know off the top of my head.

One would think as much as I like football, I would be knowledgeable but I'm not.

Because I never know what mood I am going to wake up in, Michael always brings me a cup of tea to begin my morning and give me some time to wake up. He is such a dear. Other mornings besides the tea, he will also make me breakfast in bed. I think I'm going to keep this guy.

Because it is such a nice day weather wise, I have the windows open and the fresh air coming through smells so good. I also notice the bird songs. We have crows, blue jays, sparrows, doves, and the occasional woodpecker.

Bailey likes sitting in the window watching the goings on of the birds. He has one that sits on the back fence and they have conversations. One will make a noise and then the other will follow. It is fun to watch.

Today at noon and 12:30 p.m. there was the test for the emergency sirens. Since I live near a nuclear power plants, I am glad those sirens work.

The worst thing that happened today was I lost my curser on the lap top I am working on. I fooled around with it about an hour and then I had to have Michael look at it. Well, he found the problem and brought my curser back and things have been fine ever since.
