The new medication, Lamictal, seems to be working in that I have been keeping up the kitchen for Michael. Gosh, I even washed the kitchen floor last night. I've read just doing housework can help people like me lose weight because we are contenously moving and it helps with our self confidence.

Today I'm taking it slightly easy because we went to the food bank today and I helped with picking out the foods we needed and then back home I helped with putting the food stuff where it needed to go.

So I don't know whether I will be reading or more writing in my journal.
