Yes, another sunny day in the burg. Although I was feeling yucky yesterday, I got up and went walking this morning. It was warm enough for me to be in a short sleeved shirt and jeans. We just lit the pilot lights on our wall heater on Thursday since it tends to be chilly in the mornings now.

This has been a week for birds on my walks. It pays to look up once in awhile. I saw besides the usual crows and blue jays, a covey of quail and this morning 16 doves on the power line.

Another week of weaning off medications. Side affects: Crying, have been walking mostly six days a week and weight loss. The crying I suppose will stop at some point. Since there was all of that time I didn't cry at all. The doctor is surprised and pleased with my results.

So I'm off to weekend pleasures.
