Even though it was only Mr. F, me, and Bailey the cat, we cooked as though we had company. Mr. F took care of the turkey, candied yams, and potatoes. Here are a couple of photos of some of our goodies: The turkey! We cook ours breast side down so the breast is moist. Mr. F's candied yams with whole cranberries. I took care of the green bean casserole and gravy. I also was sou chef for Mr. F. Our kitchen when it was all said and done looked like a bomb went off in it. The day was gray but no rain and doesn't look like any for a few more days. Since today is Black Friday I am staying away from all of the stores. I didn't even go out to the stores who were opened yesterday. I am so sick of all of this commercialism of the holidays. For me it takes all the fun out of it. I'm staying home and watching a hockey game between the Boston Bruins vs. the New York Rangers. Go Bruins! mz. em CURRENT MOON ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ "I expect to pass through life but once.
