Words-of-Mine No matter what the day brings, deep down I know it really is a good day because I have the man of my dreams, a kitty who loves me, a roof over my head and I live in paradise.280172 Curiosities served |

I really missed not seeing the 49ers play but we didn't get that station the game was on. I sure hope once football is done that we get some basketball games. Collegiate or professional it doesn't matter to me.
Nothing new on the walk today. Other than it was very chilly out. I can't complain since it seems the rest of the country has single digit temps or below. This is why I moved to California. We are in the final leg of getting the apartment ready for our inspection on Thursday. Not that there is a lot to do but for instance, today I worked on the back patio. I pulled some weeds in my postage stamp-sized bit of earth. We also threw out junk that just had no meaning to us any longer. Now it looks all nice out there. Note to self: Take a photo for tomorrow's blog. Bailey doesn't know what to make of our being this busy. He runs around the apartment meowing and giving us that cat look. Although he was pleased the back slider was open. One of his complaints is that he isn't getting mommy's lap as much as he is used to. So, this is me kicking back after a busy day of cleaning. I hope everyone had a delightful day. mz. em "There comes a time in your life, when you walk away from all the drama and people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh. Forget the bad, and focus on the good. Love the people who treat you right, pray for the ones who don't. If therefore, there be any kindness I can show, or any good thing I can do to any fellow being, let me do it now, and not defer or neglect it, as I shall not pass this way again." - William Penn, English entrepreneur and philosopher +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Read/Post Comments (3) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
