Words-of-Mine No matter what the day brings, deep down I know it really is a good day because I have the man of my dreams, a kitty who loves me, a roof over my head and I live in paradise.280182 Curiosities served |

Before my walks were through I was in T-shirt mode with my over-shirt tied around my waist. According Mr. F's temperature app on his phone, yesterday it said it was in the low 80s in the burg. I don't know what the temperature is right now but the weather people said it was going to be 77 degrees today. During my walk it felt more than 77 degrees.
One of the fun things about today's walk was I met two neighbors who live on the street behind me. We had a little chat though standing at some distance from each other since we all had been ill within the last week. Everyone said they had had their flu shot so who knows what got us. For me, I still say mine was stress related and just a cold. But, who knows. Today's excitement is we are having a friend over for dinner tonight. Baked ham and mashed potatoes are on the menu and our friend is bringing cole slaw. For dessert we have little pumpkin pastries with whipped cream on the top. Other than that it is tiding up the house and then begin the preparations for dinner. I hope everyone is having a good day. mz. em "There comes a time in your life, when you walk away from all the drama and people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh. Forget the bad, and focus on the good. Love the people who treat you right, pray for the ones who don't.
