Thank you, kind friends, for sticking around and for seeing more than I can see myself right now.

I'm back in the Mental Health system - this being the NHS and me having convinced them I'm no longer a danger to myself (or anyone else), I will have to wait (no more than five days) before being contacted by whoever the next person is, but I'm in. I saw someone today at the psych hospital and she's referred me on. It's a relief. She was shocked that I'd gone so long without coming back - ach I can't express myself clearly, but fuck it, better to write badly than not write at all.

I have numbers I can phone, day or night.

Acupuncture tomorrow.

Today I am grateful for: the kindness I have been shown here; the NHS (still); my bed; warm milk and honey to drink in that bed with my book; another day completed
