1. ED has a place in a small care home down the road from me. Don't know how long before she can move - may have to give 28 days notice to the one she's in. Can't make any more phone calls - it'll drift along and arrive when it does. The new place will chase it - they're losing money having the room empty so I don't need to fret.

2. Today she got a new tilt-able wheelchair, hope it's better for her.

3. All three of my artworks (one painting and two photos) sold within half an hour of the open house opening. I overheard people squabbling about them. "If I can't have the poppies, I'm getting the beach huts. They've sold as well! No!" Honestly, it made me feel sick with anxiety and overwhelmedness, though not enough to stop me boasting about it here.

4. Tomorrow I have to fill in the big benefit form (DLA changing to PIP) which is unspeakably vile and has me knotted up and twitchy like a motherfucker. I'm getting help from a trainee social worker at the day care centre I now go to.

5. The woman who wrote the best book I've read about having depressive illness killed herself today, aged 60. Terrifying. I am so scared me and YD won't make it through this. RIP Sally B.
