From an interview on NPR, Friday, January 5, 2006:

"Now, the American Bird Conservatory is asking pet owners to help count any small animals their household pets kill. When pet owners see a household pet kill a bird, squirrel, or anything else, they can go to the ABC's "Project Predator Watch" Web site and fill in the details."

I had to laugh at this. Does the ABC know what they're getting themselves into?Who has cats? Writers. They are asking writers to fill in the gory details of cat-gifting. Finally!

Actually, the survey is a choose the best answer thing, which may prove frustrating for writers, therefore rendering inaccurate results :(
