Asked by Lloyd of his "homemade" chicken nuggets and french fries dinner: "Is this Donanos?"

Oooh! Sounds fancy!

And the conversation over dinner: Mama and Lloyd growing beards and mustaches when we get older. By the time i grow a mustache he'll be wondering about other things, thank God.

Dallas cracks up when Lloyd plays with his food. And then I laugh at Dallas laughing. Good reinforcement.

Like today, Lloyd was standing bottomless on the 12-pack of toilet paper he had pushed by the couch. Rachel, from behind, kicked the toilet paper and the kid went flying, only to land his butt back on the toilet paper. It's difficult to discipline when laughing. Rachel knows right from wrong. She gets a good one in there once in awhile, without gloating--so I let her.
