Thank you, computer, for telling me what time it is. I guess I slept until 9:00 then with Lloyd and Rachel away for the night. And that means they'll be home any minute...

"There are times when holding a needle and thread, or a book, or a man--it's all the same." - Vittoria from L'Eclisse (The Eclipse)

This entry is to tell my friends here to please see this movie. IMDb oversimplifies the plot outline so you can do your own research. It's a bit more complex than the Lucky Charms spoonfed to us in bed by Little Miss Sunshine (Lucky Charms spoonfed to me in bed sounds wonderful). Antonioni movies are perfecto. He is a genius.

You have to wonder about works of art: what came first, the title or the piece? I saw this movie once before, had to see it again, and watched it last night and today. Abstract movies invite the viewer to find his or her place in the story. My life, I wish, is an extension of my character in L'Eclisse. It's that good. So are his other movies.

Let's see, what else should you do....
