Bought my glitter today for proposed homemade pine cone holiday tree decor. Bought silver. It took me seven minutes to pick one of Martha Stewart's 15 or so colors and I'm still not satisfied. $4.99 a pop is a lot, but the glitter is a fine fine. I'm still thinking about that amethyst....

So, probably head to the park with empty tote bag and two extra wranglers tomorrow afternoon. I'm anticipating one of them sneaking a goose poop in the bag. Ah, well. The fun to be had is what counts.

Husband's grandma is in the hospital with liver cancer. We brought the fam for a visit this evening. She doesn't have long--every time she runs out of breath talking I think she knows it.

And, yes, I have Halloween lights on my house and my supply of candy is ready to be passed out. So what?
