...That adding grape-nuts to my oatmeal would make it that much better. Yum! So now it's banana, raisins, oatmeal, grape-nuts, and wheat germ if I can spare the $5 for it. I'm cheap sometimes. I know a jar lasts for months, but often I protest the outrageous price by not buying it. Until I finally do. I like it mixed with flour for my paprika chicken. Also adds a nice nutty flavor to pancakes. I've always been a fan of mixing cold cereals, mostly because many of them are too sweet. Mixing in Cheerios makes Basic 4 easier on the taste buds, for instance.

Yesterday on Oprah, Dr. Oz said omega 3 fatty acid improves dry skin. Well, let me tell you! I use that type of oil for my popcorn almost daily and my hands and feet are still quite interesting subjects to view on the Eye Clops 200x magnification gadget/toy. Think bacon. The white parts, not fat: terribly dry valleys between flesh chunks ... squares on the feet, diamonds on the hands both palm and back. And I'm drinking at least five glasses of water each day. Still marking 'em up on the calendar. My husband's says it's bad circulation, which I'll buy. My hands and feet are usually freezing. My fingertips go numb with gloves on while driving in the winter. And I MUST wear a hat or at least cover my ears if there is the tiniest chill in the air or if producing a breeze by running or walking briskly any time of the year besides summer. If I don't my ears will sting for hours.

I hope the rain lets up for the walk to get Rachel this afternoon. My umbrella is in the van. The van is in the next city.

Well, time to get a move on washing the walls. The area is the hallway that wraps around the house, including coves and strips between moldings. It's no wonder people aren't doing so much wallpapering anymore, although wallpapers these days are lovely.
