Matresses line the walls of my mind
where I can safely thrash thoughts

who'se arms,

wrapped around their backs and tied there,
try to tempt Time to sleep.

Awake, Time passes by women clutching blue purses who barely notice

that they are getting old while they wait for the bus.


And some foul creature creeps his way towards today to be born.
