Remember the guy that fell on the knife for Chertoff and Bush over FEMA's response to Katrina and New Orleans? His name was Michael Brown and his pedigree (so to speak) was that he worked for some horse breeding association as an administrator.
It appears that he has landed on his feet and he has been rehired by FEMA as a consultant.
He'll be helping FEMA evaluate how they responded to Katrina.
