Despite James Lipton, I love to watch Inside the Actor's Studio. My favorite part is the 10 questions Lipton asks based on a questionnaire created by French television host Bernard Pivot. Here are my answers:

01. What is your favorite word?
It¹s actually a term: colloidal dispersion. I love the way it sounds. It essentially means that you can't undo entropy ­ see Arcadia by Tom Stoppard.

02. What is your least favorite word?
Diarrhea - both aesthetically and literally

03. What turns you on creatively, spiritually or emotionally?
Self-confidence or cleverness ­ especially smart, snarky comments (see
Sawyer on Lost)

04. What turns you off?
Stinkiness. I have a sensitive nose.

05. What is your favorite curse word?
Fuck fuck fuckity fuck fuck

06. What sound or noise do you love?
Kittens purring

07. What sound or noise do you hate?
Metal scraping ­like a dentist's drill or subway breaks

08. What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?
Porn model

09. What profession would you not like to do?
Anything involving sick or injured people or animals. Ick.
