Plain Banter

A couple of comments have reminded me that we're three weeks into September and I have yet to post a blog entry or change anything on the website. Sometimes I forget about my legion of fans, who are (I'm sure) waiting in suspense for my every word.

Well, here's an entry to kick start the blog over into September. Should I write about politics? Religion? How Gardner Dozois single-handedly destroyed science fiction as we know it? (Just kidding, GD.) It's gotta be something interesting to stir up the ant nest, right?

Hey, the Miss America Pageant is on later tonight! With skimpier bikinis and 80% less talent competition this year. So who's got time to write a blog when there's entertainment like this to be had?
