I know that some readers of my site have an interest in writing and English, so I thought that you might enjoy reading in this online article how one author ( Neal Stephenson ) feels about “life, the universe, and everything”. The process of getting him to talk/respond must have been interesting in itself: If you read his web site, it becomes obvious that he likes to work (write) in a very particular way and this means that he has found it necessary to – in some respects -- cut himself off from the world. (Yes, this is NOT meant to be another attempt at labelling him a 'recluse'! Read his site!)
