2005-07-29 7:17 PM Fundraising hits: Mung Beans, and Tofu Every so often, the media gets the idea that schools are trying to make our children fat.
In the last 24 hours, the subject has again hit the Australian media, this time with a variation: Fundraising. Who has not been subjected to a school child selling chocolates or doughnuts, or something else with no redeaming nutritional value? Well, tonight, one of Australia's media icons, and presenter of "A Current Affair", Ray Martin, made an uncharacteristically frank comment.
