I just saw a report that George W Bush has his senior staff visit him at his ranch. All his senior staff.

I think the man has had a case of "cabin fever" and needed a jolt of friendly company!

This got me wondering:

1. When Bill Gates goes on holidays, does the executive group of Microsoft go and visit him, or do they use the internet?

2. When Jorma Ollila goes on holidays, does the Board of Nokia visit, or do they just have a phone link-up?

3. When Nick Prettejohn goes on holidays, do the members of Lloyd's Council, Franchise Board, and the various subordinate groups go, or do they just "risk it" until he returns?

I think that George should "get a grip", and go on holidays like other people do. (When I think about it, let's flip that: We should ALL go on vacation / holidays like George famously has, and still apparently does!)

Now, you tell me what's wrong in your world view.
