so yes they should be allowed to say no, because it shouldnt be up to them anyway.... if someone build me a shed and the fuckin thing FALLS DOWN, i DO NOT re-hire them to fix it.... DUH!?!

i have one question though, didnt they think of a contingincy plan before they started the offshore drilling? if they didnt have a solid plan, which they obviously state they didnt when they FAILED @ everything.... then why start drilling in the first place if you cant clean up the mess, answer, you guessed it corporate america, the big fat $.

and to think its our parents generation we have to thank for this?
