Work today, was a really good day...B was out of the store most all day, at a meeting somewhere other than with us. YAY! I went in early, and punched in, and set up my plan. At 9, I was ready to go. Lily was off today, so I knew for sure what I was going to get from her...nothing...which is better than when she is there, because then, I just have no idea...well, that pretty much goes for every salaried manager ever. We were not near as busy as yesterday, which was also good. I got an hour off the floor, to do my paperwork stuff, blah, blah, blah...yeah, all was well in my little world. We sent a care package to Gabby. Her uncle Mike (my man) dropped it off with her other uncle Mike (one of my brothers) and Rhonda(my sister) delivered it to Cindys (my other sister)...lol... oh, and Uncle Mike works with Uncle John, Rhondas husband) anyway, Gabby is a happier little camper now than she was this morning. She has activity books, and some vampire books, and some anime (huh?) books, and a Stephen King book, some markers...I don't know what else. Oh, a cool get well card that I found in the Costco mixed card box. It looks like a little flower pot, but when I took it out of its protective plastic, it pops open to form an origami type flower pot. It was pretty cool! I love those all-occasion card boxes! I came home and found Caitlyn and Ryan (Brittanys boyfriend) playing Wii. It was rather odd, but they were laughing and having a good time. It is nice when we all get along, isn't it? Then, we all went to where Brittany waits tables for dinner. Very relaxing all around for me. On another note...I apologize for my terrible writing and spelling and grammar errors. I am tired of trying to correct them all, and using copy paste from WORD isn't working, so...to hell with it. If you can read it fine, if it bothers you too much...read something else. Most of it goes unnoticed by me, and I am usually too tired to care. I try to post this while Mike is outside having his last cigarette of the day. |
