Man, my throat still aches. I have been gargling with salt water, drinking loads of fluids, using the neti-pot, and cholraseptic spray...I am lethargic, and restless all at the same time. The doctor didn't say to stay home, so I will venture to work tomorrow. I am hoping that I look like death, and get sent home. Highly doubtful... So, what did I do today to occupy my time? I sat my fat butt in front of the TV, and watched countless basketball games, that is what I did. I saw Stephen Curry (he is so cute!) lose his game. I watched North Carolina lose to Maryland, in an overtime contest. Saw a few Pac-10 games. Everything went UW's way...WSU beat UCLA, and OSU beat Cal, and UW took care of business against USC. That means we are still atop the standings. Shouldn't lose too much ground for losing to UCLA the other night, but who knows? I also played with the Wii while Mike was out of the house. He and I played a few games together, but he is such a sore loser, I really don't find much fun in it. When he wins, he gloats big time, and when he loses, he pouts. Whatever, we found time in the afternoon for marital relations....yeah, wild monkeys...it was good for what ails me. He made his meatball subs finally, and we watched CSI on demand. A very productive day, if I do say so... |
