I stopped by the other store this morning, to pick up my health card. "B" was there, and she said it should be at my new place, since it was there before (when I had previously worked there). I got my file, and took it with me. I did find the health card, right where she said it was. Guess the new supervisor just didn't see it, telling me to bring one in. I also guess it expired last year, my year of hell. I need to get a new one.

Work went very well, running that store is a piece of cake. One of the managers said to me at some point, "You have the whole day planned out in your head, don't you?"...yeah, it just sort of does it without much thought. I am getting more and more regular customers saying nice things to me. It feels good to be back.

Got home, and Mike was washing dishes. He was wearing his sweats, and looked pretty comfortable, so I told him so. He said he had been home for a while, that his work was pretty slow. I just went and changed clothes, so I could go shopping, and fix dinner, but then he wanted to join me. That took an extra 30 minutes, as he takes a lot of time.

We went to Costco, and just kind of strolled around. He has been wanting to find moisture-wicking polo shirts for his work crew, at a reasonable price. Found some for $15, and I had him send a text to them for sizes. His crew is two ladies, and two men (including himself). One of the ladies ribs him quite a bit, and he ribs her right back. Mind you, they are all truck drivers...So, the text said something like, "what size mens polo shirt do you wear?" Kelly responds, "I like my men big"...by this time, we were sitting at the optometry area, getting his glasses adjusted. Since he was busy, I took his phone to reply. Kelly says, "I like my men LARGE"...so I replied, "This is Peggy, and I like mine large, too, but I settled for Mike"...and so it went, her and I going back and forth, laughing at him...lol, he knows I was texting her. I told him I deleted all of them, but I didn't. It was fun.

We ate at Panda Express, because I had a craving for the String Bean Chicken. It was yummy! Brought it home to eat, then had a little more of that homemade ice-cream. That was yummy, too.
