I have done so many things the last few days, I really don't even know where to start. My younger sister and her husband came up for the weekend, and brought alone a rented kid. Our other sisters oldest daughter, Veronica came. I think she stayed with my two kids at their apartment both nights, and really loved being with them.

The guys went to a speaker convention thing all dat on Saturday, and the rest of us went thrift store hopping. The boss tagged along, as she didn't have anything better to do. Her boys were with her, sort of...they each had "play dates" with old friends from the neighborhood they had recently moved from. Mixing work, with family was somewhat a weird experience. We found some great deals, and had a great time, for sure. My best find, other than several books, was a little Nine West purse, that is barely bigger than my wallet and cell phone. I am not much of a purse woman, but I think I like this one. It has the letter "e" written on it in red, on a black leather bag. We were trying to come up with words that it could stand for in my situation. Exotic, Erotic, Egotistical, Erratic, Enormous, Eccentric...when my sister came up and sees what we are up to, and simply says....Evil...hey, she knows me well.

It was a pretty good weekend already, when a friend from my childhood calls me, saying she is ready to purchase my old motorcycle. She had bought one from me last year, and was ready to upgrade. I am so proud of her! She rode on the back of her mans bike, for an hour and a half, and then rode her own home. I made her call me when she arrived so I would know she was okay. That was probably her biggest ride to date, and all on the freeway. That is a big step,a nd I am sure she will do well with it.

We are setting up the TV viewing room for sure now. John helped Mike set up the big TV on the wallmount, and we picked out one smaller TV for above that one. It will arrive by Wednesday, and go directly above the first. We will be able to watch two games at once, although I wanted three. That many was just not feasable at this time, as we already have 2 service lines into the house. I am probably the only person that thinks this is cool, but heck yeah, I do! Whatever game is the most exciting will be on the big screen, and if the momentum changes, we just switch. Or we can be playing Wii on the big one, and watch a game on the little one. What can I say? We are idiots, and seem to do well that way.

Tongiht was a conglomoration of leftovers. Perhaps I can find time to get my life straightened out soon. I need a grocery trip.
