It is finished... We have busted our butts getting ready for this inspection. I think I have put in more than a handful of off the clock hours, helping 'the boss' get things done. I do not normally do stuff like that, but with her living here, and somehow becoming one of my dearest friends, I just could not bear to watch her do everything by herself. Quality=95.9% Service=91.6% Cleanliness=92.4% Overall=93.3% Very good grades for our little ghetto store. We should have turned in higher for service, but it just wasn't in the cards today. I would have had a bonus at 95% overall, but whatever...At least 'the boss' looks good, and that was all I really cared about. I am heading to bed, looking forward to 8 hours of sleep. Get up and do it again tomorrow, without the stress. Caitlyn made dinner here, garlic basil chicken, with rice...I have my grandmothers scotcheroos ready for dessertr, and I am going to dig into that thing before I go to bed... |
