CaySwann A "G-Rated Journal" That Even My Mother Can Read (because she does!) Effervescence is a state of mind. It's about choosing to bring sunshine to the day. Every person I meet matters. If it's written down, I know it (If it's not written down, I don't know it) |

2007-12-07 11:12 PM Details in my Day Details in my Day - Today felt like I was dealing with tiny details. I did some tiny edits on my overall calendar, and got some addresses and some registrations lined up and/or completed. I answered some party invitations. I burned a copy of a CD on to my iPod. I answered some email conversations. I updated some SCA records for the Kingdom website. I had lunch with Patrick and Mark again [a very yummy "veggie roll" made at an Italian joint, like a tiny calzone filled with eggplant, spinach, peppers, and onions, all under $5 for the meal and drink]. I came home and did laundry, plus some computer work and hanging out with my roomie in front of the television together. My roomie and I sat and watched Project Runway (2 episodes) and Tim Gunn's Guide to Style.
Today's photo report - I did some housecleaning for small sets of photos while watching. I had been poking around my photos backlog, and just got captivated by the smallest details. So, I have for you: Medieval Marketplace, November 2005: When I got my Great Wheel, for spinning Attack Swans: Brian and Morgana went to England and sent me photos of aggressive attack swans My college best friend during my freshman year, Lisa, has occasionally sent me photos of her kids: When Miranda was born, and a couple of years later. And when an online friend came to visit me, I came away from it with some fun pictures of me and Ang. And of course, there's Shoshie's candle photo for the evening. * * * * * Today's Blessing That I'm Thankful For: Old friends and warm visits Read/Post Comments (2) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
