Exercise Done... Yoga

Yoga saved my ass this morning - or more accurately, my back. After lifting heavy boxes of sheet music all weekend, doing yoga really helped stretch it all out.

But what I really need is a massage. Maybe after Rome...

Got four pages of the new novel down. Good lord, so many new starts. I like to think of it as my versatility, and not my flightiness. We'll see...but this one I think has category all over it, so all I have to do now is come up with a synopsis. Or rather, outline. A synopsis is what you do after you've written the damn thing. An outline is what you do before you've written the damn thing. Damned if you do and damned if you don't...but I'm becoming more of a writer, I think, by trying. Even if the tries don't pan out.

We leave for Rome in six days. I should be more excited...and every now and then, I am. But I'd rather be happier with my writing.
