Christine's New Chapter Never look down... DEMON SOUL was released in MARCH, 2011 by Crescent Moon Press. DEMON HUNT will most likely be released 2012. This, then, is my new reality! The tumor has been removed and I'm recovering, so now it's all about the writing...and dealing with the writing. |

2004-02-18 9:43 PM And the excitement grows! Had a fun meeting with Jenn this rainy Wednesday morning. She kindly gifted me with a copy of "Dangerous Angels" by Francesca Lia Block, which will go on the plane with me, and a B&N gift card which I am anxious to spend. But I'll probably wait until after Rome, as there is so much to do.
Once I left Jenn this morning, I was plunged into shopping - costco, grocery, stamps, DMV, it was a never-ending process. And then to pick up the kids. But at least now we have the proper paperwork to sell our popup trailer to a neighbor. He hasn't paid us all the cash we agreed upon, but whatever. As long as it's out of our driveway, I'll be a happy woman! And I'm finally getting excited about Rome. Bought a new suitcase tonight, and will get dh one exactly like it tomorrow since mine is dying (5 international trips and 3 cruises will do that), and his is too small. Our eldest will get the small one to take to DC this Spring, as it's way bigger than the one he currently has. The only bummer on the day happened when we checked the weather in Rome this morning. Looks like a rainy week next week, with a partially sunny day on Wednesday. Well, you know, I'll take it. Rain won't melt me. I doubt, at this point, that I'll get any writing done before I go. And that's okay. As Greg said to me, maybe what I need is to contemplate some pigeon-crapped fountains while sipping espresso in a cafe to loosen up my writing muscles. Add a massage to that, to loosen up my back and neck muscles, and I'm there. Read/Post Comments (0) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
