One more full day before I leave. Tomorrow night is taken up with D&D, and home made pizza. I must be crazy in this heat, but oh well.

Tomorrow day I must pack. Ugh. The only thing worse than packing is unpacking.

Saw Jenn today, which was wonderful. It's amazing how much I miss her energy when I don't see her for a week or more. And again I'll not see her for another ten days, but she'll see other writers and so will I so we'll be fine. But still - there's just something off when I don't see her.

My kids are creating their own dungeons now and playing games with each other. My youngest had been the DM all week, and he's thriving - he's a natural, I think. Hard to find from what I hear. I promised him I'd play with them tomorrow day, but I don't know when I'll have the time.

Got my hair done, got the pedicure. The important parts of the trip are handled. Now it's just the minor details, like what to wear when it's 90% humidity and there's no a/c. I'm thinking, as long as I don't have to go out in public, a camisole and a pair of men's boxers would do just fine. Hmmm. Must remember to liberate a couple pair from hubby's underwear drawer tomorrow...
