Christine's New Chapter

At least in Scottsdale, I was in air conditioning most of the time. Which made the 112 degree heat with 26% humidity somewhat bearable.

But here, no a/c. The temp was 97 today (felt like 100), and we had 36% humidity. Almost makes me want to go back to Scottsdale.

I said, ALMOST.

I will have to come up with a strategy for working tomorrow. What I'm currently doing (roasting in the Laundry Room) isn't working well for me. Hard to concentrate when your insides feel hard-boiled.

Oh, and the hot water heater is busted. But even with this heat, a cold shower is ... cold. You know?

So I'm going to settle in with my novel (after above-mentioned cold shower) and try to start this again. I think my AlphaSmart is calling...

Christine's New Chapter Never look down... DEMON SOUL was released in MARCH, 2011 by Crescent Moon Press. DEMON HUNT will most likely be released 2012. This, then, is my new reality! The tumor has been removed and I'm recovering, so now it's all about the writing...and dealing with the writing.
