One of the lists I'm on, full of wonderful, wise women and a terrific guy, handed me the possible answer to my irritating lack of focus problem.

Apparently it's the stars. She said, and I quote,
"When you have major transition coming down on you, go limp! This is one time when its all done for you. The stars kicked in the 45 turning point, and give or take a few years, its going to unfold with you liking it or not. So go limp, take time out, travel, groove, there is nothing you can do about this, its a star thing!"

I guess the trick is to take enough information in, and get the creativity flowing, when I'm not limp. Now, I don't know if this is the real answer, but it sure would explain my lack of productivity in the past six months. I mean, really. I turn 45 in 4 months. No wonder my psyche is jumping up and down screaming at me. Maybe I can now travel and groove and not get upset about my lack of productivity? Because, you know.

It's a star thing.
