Pages re-Written... 39

Tough day. Wasted most of it. Not until the kids got home did inspiration strike, and I managed to fix the plot hole toward the end. Now I've got to fix the ending itself, but that's cake compared to the rest. I've got a real dark moment now for both characters, so I'm pleased. But I must say, I rather feel like a plumber...

It's funny how this story is evolving. More layers now, every time I read it. I can understand why some people never get beyond a first draft, but I can also understand why some people are never happy no matter how many drafts they've done. I'm in the mining phase right now, finding more and more gold to bring out. As long as I hurry it along and get it sent out to the agent in good time, I guess that's what counts.

I have to laugh, though. If he does take me on, then I'm sure he'll have suggestions as to what needs to be changed. It should be interesting, whatever ends up happening.
