My eldest son's soccer team won their game on Saturday, so they're going to the divisional championship game tonight. Whichever team it is, it's one we've already beaten, so hopefully our team will be on top form and we'll come home as champions. The only drawback that I know of is the wind, whipping around outside. That could be the end of us...

There is Lentil Soup on the stove for after the game (I'm guessing we'll get home around 9:15pm)and I'll be baking bread from the new BREAD BOOKS (thanks Jenn!), so there's a nice light meal for afters.

Tired. Don't want to do laundry bake cookies make marshmallows wrap any more presents.

Luckily there's tomorrow morning.

Had a wonderful meeting with Jenn this morning, though we didn't talk too much about writing. I'll be glad when the New Year gets here. Maybe I'll have more enthusiasm (and, you know, actually get stuff done).

Also met up with my friend Barbara, at the same place. We ate lunch, exchanged gifts, and had a good time chatting. She's quite the crochet and knit woman, and was knitting a wonderful scarf - warm and fuzzy and yummy. I've really got to get back into knitting. Yeah. Yet another thing to do...um, I guess not, lol!
